Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been collected or delivered.

Under UK consumer law, perishable goods such as fresh baked products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs (where applicable)

We will review the issue and may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund (where appropriate)

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery time.

After this time, ingredients and production may already have begun and cancellations may not be possible.
